FORT WAYNE, Ind. - Golf players in the region now have a new option for playing the game they love year-round.

The Parkview Sports Medicine Golf Academy is an indoor golf training facility now open at the SportONE/Parkview Fieldhouse in Fort Wayne.

The academy features two golf simulators that allow golfers to improve different aspects of their game with interactive courses and practice ranges, including 84 professional golf options.

“The cool thing about the Parkview Sports Medicine Golf Academy is you have the ability to play golf all year round,” academy co-director Daniel Wert says. “This facility is for everybody. For all ages, for all skills of golf.”

The PSM Golf Academy houses an netted driving range with 6 hitting bays, an area for short game and a 50-foot by 30-foot driving range.

Additionally, the PSM Golf Academy will offer golf simulator leagues for 2-person pairings starting this fall.

“You can play a two-some in 45 minutes to an hour,” co-director Alec Ramsey says.  “You’re going to be able to chip and putt; and even hit drivers, hit long irons.”
