Panthers' Stutzman signs with Tech hockey

FORT WAYNE, Ind. - Snider High School senior Sean Stutzman will continue his hockey career at Indiana Tech.

Stutuzman, a defenseman for the Summit City Panthers of the Fort Wayne Amateur Hockey Association, signed his letter of intent Tuesday at the Warrior Athletic Center.

Stutzman is one of several local high school hockey players to join the Tech hockey program, which is coming off a Wolverine-Hoosier Athletic Conference championship last weekend.

Stutzman contributed 8 goals and 8 assists for Summit City this past season. The Panthers won the 1A state championship his junior year.

He plans to study industrial manufacturing engineering.

Indiana Tech and Snider both partner with Parkview Sports Medicine for athletic training, nutrition, athletic rehabilitation and orthopedic services for their student-athletes.
